Alex Sanders asked: I have formulated 10 conditions of intangible motivation of modern employees that I as a CEO keep an eye on:
- I love what I do
- I have all the resources to do it (material, time)
- My efforts are appreciated
- I can clearly see the results of my work
- I work with people from whom I can learn
- I am loved and respected by my leaders
- My life circumstances matter for my leaders
- My mistakes are treated with understanding
- I am not given offense
- A positive atmosphere within my team

Great list. You should check out Clint Pulvers upcoming book, I Love it Here. He interviewed over 10,000 employees to find out what makes them love their jobs and want to stay. Ive read an advance copy and it looks like it would be in alignment with your list. - Dino Watt
