Your Growth Accelerator Call
Every DEO coaching relationship begins with a free 30 minute Growth Accelerator Call. A DEO coach identifies your Growth Ladder stage, diagnoses your primary constraint, and outlines exactly how The DEO's executive coaching program addresses it. There is no obligation and no sales pressure, just a clear, honest picture of where you are and what the path forward looks like.
Coach matching and onboarding
Once you join The DEO's coaching program you are matched with a dedicated DEO Tribe Coach whose experience and background align with your current Growth Ladder stage and the specific challenges your organization is facing. Your onboarding process establishes a clear financial baseline, identifies your current Profitability Stage, and builds the 90 day growth plan that will drive the first phase of your coaching engagement.
Your first 90 days
The first 90 days of The DEO coaching are focused on establishing financial clarity, identifying the highest leverage improvement available in your organization right now, and building the systems and accountability structures that will make every subsequent coaching session more impactful. Most members experience their first significant measurable improvement, in collections rate, overhead, or case acceptance, within the first 90 days of the coaching relationship.

From day 91 forward the coaching relationship deepens, the frameworks evolve, and the results compound. Twice monthly 1:1 sessions keep The Profitability Cycle™ moving continuously through your organization. Weekly group calls keep you connected and accountable. The DEO's executive coaching program is a retainer based membership that pairs every member with a dedicated DEO Tribe Coach, who is a battle tested operator who has personally built and scaled a multi million dollar dental organization. The program includes 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly group coaching calls, access to The DEO's peer community and live events, and full DEO App access. This is all organized around The Profitability Cycle™ framework and the Profitability Stages™ maturity model. It is available to dental practice owners at the High Producer stage ($1.2M) and above, through Executive Circle ($100M).
The DEO's 40+ Tribe Coaches are battle tested dental entrepreneurs who have personally built and scaled multi million dollar dental organizations. They are people who have navigated clinical dependency, multi location chaos, financial complexity, and executive leadership transitions from the inside. Several DEO coaches, including Dr. Dave Janash and Dr. Dipesh Patel, are former DEO members who grew through the coaching program and now coach others through the same journey. When a DEO coach tells you what to do next, they are speaking from firsthand experience, not a textbook.
Yes. The DEO's fractional services are available as add-ons to any full coaching membership and are designed to address specific functional gaps beyond what the core coaching engagement covers. Current add-on services include COO consulting, CFO services and bookkeeping, Director of TC, CDO, and CMO, with Recruiting and Insurance Negotiation services coming soon. Each fractional service is delivered by an experienced operator embedded directly inside your organization: building systems, leading teams, and creating accountability structures that outlast the engagement.
