Operational audit and assessment
Once onboarded your DEO operator conducts a comprehensive operational audit of your organization, reviewing your current org chart, existing SOPs, scheduling systems, and leadership accountability structures across every location. For members who want the most complete diagnostic possible, an onsite assessment puts a DEO operator physically inside your locations to observe what is actually happening on the ground and identify the gaps that a remote audit cannot see.
