This includes org chart design and restructuring, SOP development and implementation, scheduling system optimization, and leadership accountability framework creation — all delivered by operators who have personally run dental organizations at the Entrepreneur Growth and Executive Circle scale. The goal of every COO consulting engagement is to make the owner operationally unnecessary, so they can lead the organization from above rather than manage it from within.

The DEO's onsite assessments are a diagnostic tool. A DEO operator spends time physically in your practice or locations, observes what is actually happening, and produces a detailed assessment report with prioritized action items. COO consulting is the ongoing engagement that builds the solutions the assessment identifies. Many DEO members start with an onsite assessment to get a clear, objective picture of their operational gaps and then move directly into COO consulting to address them, creating a natural and highly effective progression from diagnosis to solution.
